CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
 
The Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging, an approved provider, designates this activity as meeting the criteria for 5.5 (five and one-half) contact hours to satisfy license renewal continuing education requirements for social workers (#RSX058195) and counselors (#RCX091001).
 
The Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging has applied for 5.5 contact hours for nurses from the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation
 
This program is approved for 5.5 BENHA contact hours for nursing home administrators.
 
Program attendance at 100% and completion of the evaluation form is required to receive continuing education contact hours.
