The University of Cincinnati Evaluation Services Center's team is growing!  We are looking to hire two full-time Research Associates to lead and/or assist with community based-evaluation projects that change lives and systems, using equitable research methodologies and evaluation practices. A few details to note for potential applicants: 

  • Competitive Starting Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000, dependent on the candidate’s education and experience 
  • Eligible for Hybrid Telework Schedule: report to the Victory Parkway Office two days per week

Education / experience requirements:

  • An earned master’s degree by time of appointment in a related field (e.g., evaluation, education, statistics, data sciences, public health, psychology, or sociology)
  • Two years of experience managing quantitative or qualitative data in either an academic or a community setting
