Overview of Opportunity:

The purpose and scope of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified professionals to perform a review of Pine Street Inns’ program information systems and their capabilities and advise the organization regarding potential/recommended changes to improve effectiveness and efficiencies. As a data-informed and funded homeless service provider, PSI participates in a required Homeless Management information System (HMIS) called Clarity (parent company - BitFocus) and uses others systems to meet gaps in service delivery needs. The selected vendor will make recommendations to meet key information system priorities.
