The TMM can be a bridge between your jurisdiction's day-to-day activities and its response during an emerging incident or declared public health emergency. An activation of this strategic concept can be one answer to minimize a disaster's impact even before its arrival. The creators of the TMM will describe the model, discuss its applications, and answer your questions.

The Ohio Public Health Training Center located in CPHP joined forces with their colleagues at the University of Pittsburgh to launch a webinar series. The webinars are an opportunity for practitioners, academicians, and students to address current and important topics in the practice of public health. The format will allow for learning, discussion, and networking. Scheduled for the second Thursday of each month over the lunch hour (11:30 am – 12:30 pm), webinars will feature presenters from both practice and academic settings; topics will be timely and relevant – including promising/best practices and practice-based research activities.
