This notice is to inform you of the availability of a Request for Proposals for the Southwest Ohio Regional Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Council. The Council is seeking applications to provide Program Evaluation of the kinship caregiver program, specifically the navigation services/models being implemented by four service providers in the eight-county Southwest Ohio region.

Southwest Ohio counties are: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland and Warren. Funding for these services is provided by the Ohio Children’s Trust Fund (OCTF). Any organization seeking OCTF funding is required to comply with the application guidelines.

Instructions for Applying:
- Any organization wishing to apply is required to electronically submit a completed application packet by the following due date: October 5, 2018 by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
- Completed application packets should be emailed to: Jane.dockery@wright.edu with the subject heading “Southwest Ohio Evaluator Application.” No faxed or paper application packets will be accepted.
- Applicants will receive an email confirming receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days after submitting your application packet, please contact the Southwest Ohio Regional Prevention Council Coordinator at jane.dockery@wright.edu
- Each complete application will be considered. Application packets will undergo an initial review to ensure the proposal is complete and contains all required forms. Any applicant who fails to submit a complete application packet will not receive consideration.
- Potential evaluators or other interested parties may ask clarifying questions regarding the RFP from September 6-12, 2018 until 8:00 a.m. on September 12th by emailing jane.dockery@wright.edu. The questions and answers will also be posted on the Council’s website at: https://www.preventchildabuse-swohio.org/rfp---evaluation-services-2018.html
- Although you are not required to submit a letter of intent, the information that it contains allows the Southwest Ohio Regional Prevention Council to estimate the potential review workload and plan the review. A letter of intent is not binding, and does not enter into the review of a subsequent application. Please refer to the RFP as to what information should be included in your letter of intent.
